If you need to make changes to your reservation, you must contact us via email at info@setbynessa.com no later than February 6th, 2025. Reservation changes cannot be made within 2 days of the event (after February 6th).
The person whose name is on the order must check in to receive their tickets for entry. The order name and a valid ID must match and will be checked at the door. No exceptions will be made.
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled by the host. Please ensure your plans are set before purchasing tickets or reserving a table.

Reserved tables or sections are subject to a 2-hour limit. If you need to extend your reservation beyond 2 hours, you must purchase an additional bottle or drinks from the bar. Waitstaff will monitor table/section usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
